Come celebrate with us the life and times of Richard L. “Dick” Seelinger, who passed away on Sunday, June 17th, 2012. Rather than mourning his loss, Dick would rather have us share a laugh or two, recalling his fine sense of humor and his dry “aged to perfection” wit!

Dick was an honest, trustworthy, and impeccable All-American businessman who treated everyone with kindness, his word in a handshake, and a fair deal. He had a memorable sense of humor and a sometimes ornery nature that was quite contagious. He enjoyed having coffee and conversation, topped off with a splash of good humor, with his customers. Dick, as evidenced in his own words, considered his customers his friends: “My heartfelt gratitude to all my loyal customers, whom most were my friends, for almost 60 years of companionship.”

In March of 1985 Mike Goschinski started Fin Feather Fur Outfitters in a small cinder block building in Ashland Ohio. That 2400 square foot building housed The Fin for 15 years placing Mike and his employees among the best outdoors retail businesses in the state of Ohio. In 2000 The Fin made the move to the much larger 72,000 square foot facility of today, making it the largest firearms retailer in the state of Ohio.

Today The Fin has 65 employees, three of which have been with Mike since day one, with over 230 years of combined sales experience. With product expertise in all areas of hunting, fishing, archery, and camping our employees are ready to fill all your outdoor needs. We have Ohio’s largest selection of new and used firearms, fishing gear, archery equipment, and hunting gear for all seasons.

The Riverside Range is a state of the art 25 yard indoor shooting facility. The range consists of 7 stalls complete with computerized target retrieval systems and advanced ventilation. We carry many types of target and personal protection ammunition, as well as a variety of different styles of targets and rental guns.

We are your one stop shop for any firearms and accessories, as well as your handgun and rifle shooting needs, instruction, and Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) classes.

The Marksman Armory and Archery located at 3017 Barber Road (Just off of US Rte 76) in Norton Ohio is one of Ohio's Premier indoor handgun, shotgun and archery shooting ranges. Located close to Cleveland, Akron and all of North Central Ohio we offer a full line of of gun and archery supplies. Our onsite specialists will help train and guide you in the selection and proper use of the gun or bow of your choice and we also offer CCW Classes (Concealed Carry Weapons) so that you can obtain an Ohio CCW Permit.

The WDCL property (Grounds) is approximately 30
acres and located at 8445 Leatherman Road. Sole member
clubs (MC) of the WDCL are the Izaak Walton League of
America (IWLA), the Wadsworth Hunt Club (WHC) and the
Wadsworth Boys and Girls 4-H Clubs (4-H). The use of the
Grounds is a privilege extended to members in good standing
of these clubs. Persons use the Grounds at their own risk.
WDCL assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or
loss of equipment.

The firearm range is located in the valley of
Holmesbrook Creek at the end of the road. This is the only
area designated for firearm target shooting. The
RIFLE/PISTOL RANGE consists of 25, 50, and 100-yard
backstops complete with target frames and a covered shooting
bench.
